治理超限在公路运输经济发展中的影响

摘　　要：在城乡建设逐渐深入、国际贸易不断发展的背景下,公路运输行业逐渐发达,并获得了突破性的进展。但是部分经营者为了获得较高的经济效益,频频增加货运汽车运输重量,不仅为企业埋下了经济风险隐患,还加大了交通事故发生的几率。导致风险隐患的原因在于管理体制、市场影响、市场体制等。该文针对治理超限在公路运输经济发展中的影响进行分析,提出建立法规体系,加大法制宣传力度、加强公路交通运输行为规范等策略,为公路运输经济发展中治理超限提供参考。Under the background of the gradual deepening of urban and rural construction and the continuous development of international trade,the road transport industry is gradually developed and has made breakthrough progress.However,in order to obtain higher economic benefits,some operators frequently increase the weight of freight vehicles,which not only buried economic risks for enterprises,but also increased the probability of traffic accidents.The cause of the hidden risks lies in the management system,market influence,market system and so on.This paper analyzes the influence of oversize governance on the development of highway transportation economy,and puts forward some strategies such as establishing laws and regulations,strengthening the publicity of laws and regulations,and strengthening the behavior norms of highway transportation,so as to provide reference for oversize governance in the development of highway transportation economy.
