摘　　要：该文研究了5种应用于汽车外饰件的丙烯酸胶带在不同低温环境下的粘接性能。主要通过胶带剥离试验,得出5种胶带在低温环境下胶带的剥离强度及其剥离强度随温度的变化情况。可以根据5种胶带在低温下的剥离强度判断胶带的操作环境是否可以适应性地进行调整,以达到优化整车生产线的烘箱布置情况。通过该研究可以为丙烯酸压敏胶带的使用提供借鉴。This paper studied the adhesion properties in low temperature about 5 different acrylic pressure sensitive tapes which are applied in the exterior trims.By peel test to obtain the peel strength and the variation trend though the temperature.Based on the peel strength in low temperature,we can judge if the air oven is necessary,then to Optimize the layout of air oven in the vehicle production line.This study can provide reference for the use of acrylic pressure-sensitive tape.
