摘 要:油库在轻质油品的装车作业过程中,不可避免地会产生静电,如果不能及时有效地减少或消除静电电荷,一旦发生静电火花放电就会引起爆炸或火灾,造成巨大的经济损失甚至人员伤亡。该文通过分析油库在汽车油罐车装车作业中静电的来源、静电带来的危害以及产生静电危害的条件,从工程技术和安全管理两个方面,提出了油库在汽车油罐车装车作业中的静电防护措施,为油库安全管理提供保障。In the loading process of light oil in oil depot,static electricity is inevitably generated.If static electricity cannot be effectively reduced or eliminated in time,it will cause explosion or fire once electrostatic spark discharge occurs,resulting in huge economic loss and even casualties.Base on this,the paper analyzes the source of static electricity,the harm caused by it and the conditions of electrostatic hazards in the loading operation of automobile oil tank truck.Through analyzing,it puts forward the electrostatic protection measures to prevent static electricity in the loading operation of automobile oil tank truck from the aspects of engineering technology and safety management,for the purpose of providing guarantee for the safety management of oil depot.
