摘　　要：文章从贫困户主观满意度视角对精准扶贫的效果进行评价。根据2018年十堰市精准扶贫满意度的调研数据,从生活质量、帮扶人员、脱贫措施、精准识别、生活环境、脱贫政策六个层面,共计21项指标构建精准扶贫满意度评价指标体系;基于熵权法确定权重,采用基于联系度-TOPSIS法的评价模型对十堰市9个县(市、区)的精准扶贫满意度进行评价,并进一步评价各个县(市、区)扶贫满意度的6个层面。This paper evaluates the effect of targeted poverty alleviation from the perspective of subjective satisfaction of poor households.According to the survey data of satisfaction with targeted poverty alleviation in Shiyan City in 2018,a total of 21 indicators are constructed from the six levels of quality of life,helpers,poverty alleviation measures,targeted identification,living environment and Poverty Alleviation Policies to build a targeted poverty alleviation satisfaction evaluation index system;The weight is determined based on entropy weight method,and the evaluation model based on connection degree TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the precision poverty alleviation satisfaction of 9 counties in Shiyan City,and further evaluate the six levels of poverty alleviation satisfaction of each county.
