摘 要:膜分离过程可用于包括水处理和气体分离在内的诸多领域,而膜分离过程的实际工业应用需要将分离膜组装为膜组件.螺旋卷式膜组件因其高装填密度和高分离效率,已经得到了广泛应用,如何进一步提高螺旋卷式膜组件的性能成为了人们关注的焦点.目前已有建立理论模型、实验研究、数值模拟计算等一系列方法对膜组件性能进行分析优化.本文总结了螺旋卷式膜组件性能分析优化的相关研究进展,并对螺旋卷式膜组件未来应用前景进行展望.The membrane separation process has been applied to many fields including water treatment and gas separation. The industrial application of the membrane separation process requires the assembly of membranes into membrane modules. Spiral wound membrane modules have been widely adopted due to their high packing density and high separation efficiency. How to further improve the performance of spiral wound membrane modules has become the focus of research. Nowadays, ways to analysis and optimization of membrane module like theory model, process optimization and mathematical simulation have been widely used. This paper summarizes the related research progress of the performance analysis and optimization of spiral wound membrane module, and prospects the future application prospects.
