摘　　要：结合医学院校人才培养规律与管理特点,在分析新时代学生管理面临的主要问题和当前高校学生管理大数据资源与应用现状的基础上,探索构建了基于以学生为主体的数字化校园平台、一站式管理服务平台、多媒体微信矩阵和一体化云评价平台的“一体四翼”大数据学生精准化管理体系,以期为高校开展学生精准服务管理工作提供参考。Based on the analysis of the main problems of student management in the new era,the current situation and application of big data resources of college student management as well as characteristics of talent cultivation of medical schools,this paper explored the construction of“one body with four wings”precise student management system,namely,one system and four platforms of“the digital campus platform”,“the one-stop management service platform”,“the multimedia WeChat matrix”and“the integrated cloud evaluation platform”.It is hoped to provide reference for the precise service management of college students.
