将工匠精神融入中医药教育的历史、内涵和路径

摘　　要：工匠精神是中华民族精神的重要内容,与中医药在历史渊源上同根同源,在精神内涵上高度契合。中医药教育作为中医药发展的基础保障,正需要工匠精神这样的理念,支撑其完成培养中医药事业时代新人的重任。从工匠精神和中医药内在的历史的联系出发,分析其在中医药教育中的内涵体现,并就中医药院校如何将工匠精神融入其中,从全程融入、全员倡导、全方位渗透3个方面提出了具体的实现路径。Craftsman spirit,an important part of the Chinese national spirit,shares the same historical origin and spiritual connotation with that of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).TCM education,as the basis of TCM development,needs the concept of craftsman spirit to fulfill the task of cultivating TCM talents in the new era.This paper first identified the historical connections between craftsman spirit and TCM,then analyzed its connotation embodied in TCM education.The paper also put forward cultivating strategies on how to integrate craftsman spirit into TCM colleges and universities from three aspects:whole-process integration,all-staff advocacy and all-round penetration.
