摘 要:装配式住宅建筑具有施工速度快、节能环保、可工业化和标准化生产、成本可控以及运维简单等优点。在装配式住宅项目中,建筑企业应保证设计的精确性、标准的统一性、下料的准确性、运输的安全性、吊装的有序性以及运维质量。为了满足上述要求,建筑企业必须做好设计、生产、运输、吊装与运维等环节的管理工作。目前,装配式建筑项目管理中仍然存在返工频繁、碰撞多、工期长和质量差等问题。想要解决这些问题,建筑企业就必须在装配式住宅项目全过程管理中应用BIM技术。本文对BIM技术在装配式住宅项目全过程管理中的应用展开研究,以供相关业内人士参考和借鉴。Prefabricated residential buildings have the advantages of fast construction speed,energy conservation and environmental protection,industrialized and standardized production, controllable cost, and simple operation and maintenance. In prefabricated residential projects, construction enterprises should ensure the accuracy of design,the unity of standards, the accuracy of blanking, the safety of transportation, the order of hoisting, and the quality of operation and maintenance. In order to meet the above requirements, construction enterprises must do a good job in the management of design,production, transportation, hoisting, operation, and maintenance. At present, there are still many problems in the management of prefabricated construction projects, such as frequent rework, multiple collisions,long construction period, and poor quality. To solve these problems, construction enterprises must apply BIM technology in the whole process management of prefabricated housing projects.This paper studies the application on the BIM technology in whole process management of prefabricated housing project,so as to provide reference for some insiders.
