摘　　要：目的了解鞍钢钢铁工人重点慢性病的患病情况,为制定钢铁工人健康管理方案和实施健康干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,2020年在鞍钢集团抽取了7541名在岗工人进行健康体检,并对体检结果进行统计学描述,检验水准α=0.05。结果2020年鞍钢工人高血压、血脂异常、高血糖检出率分别为41.3%、48.4%和10.7%,超重、肥胖率为45.8%和18.1%。总体超重率、高血压和高血糖检出率均随着年龄增加呈上升趋势(P=0.002,P<0.001和P<0.001)。男性工人的高血压、血脂异常、高血糖检出率及超重肥胖率均高于女性(P均<0.05)。结论鞍钢钢铁工人高血压、血脂异常、高血糖和超重/肥胖等重点慢性病患病情况处于较高水平,其预防与控制工作仍需加强。建议对企业职工,特别是超重、肥胖的群体、中年群体和男性群体进行针对性的健康教育,提高职工的健康意识以及对疾病的重视程度。另外,建议企业加强对职工常见慢性病的管理,及时掌握和分析职工慢性病的流行特点、规律及变化趋势,有助于进一步对职工的健康情况实施精准管理。Objective To investigate the prevalence of chronic diseases among iron and steel workers in Anshan Iron and Steel Group,and to provide theoretical basis for health management programs and implementing health intervention measures.Methods The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 7541 workers in Ansteel Group for physical examination in 2020,and the physical examination results were statistically described,the test levelα=0.05.Results In2020,the detection rates of hypertension,dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia were 41.3%,48.4%and10.7%,respectively,and the rates of overweight and obesity were 45.8%and 18.1%.The rates of overweight,obesity,hypertension and hyperglycemia showed an increasing trend with the increase of age(P=0.002,P<0.001 and P<0.001).The detection rates of hypertension,dyslipidemia,hyperglycemia and overweight obesity in male workers were higher than those in female workers(all P<0.05).Conclusions The prevalence of key chronic diseases such as hypertension,dyslipidemia,hyperglycemia and overweight/obesity is at a high level in Anshan iron and steel workers,and its prevention and control work should be strengthened.It is suggested to carry out targeted health education for enterprise workers,especially for overweight and obese groups,middleaged groups and male groups,so as to improve the health awareness and the degree of attention to diseases of employees.In addition,it is suggested that enterprises strengthen the management of common chronic diseases of employees,and timely grasp and analyze the epidemic characteristics,rules and changing trends of chronic diseases of employees,which is conducive to further accurate management of health conditions of employees.
