摘  要:该文建立荧光分子印迹传感器阵列,并结合酶标仪快速测定水中双酚A(BPA)和2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)。以BPA和2,4-D为模板分子,多巴胺为亲水性功能单体,疏水性丹磺酰多巴胺为荧光功能单体,在96孔酶标板表面制备荧光分子印迹纳米膜阵列,将样品后加入酶标板立刻用酶标仪测定。在1~80μg/L范围内BPA和2,4-D均有良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差在5.5%~18%之间,回收率在91.3%~111%之间,检出限均为0.1μg/L。该方法组建的荧光传感器阵列酶标法测定自来水、江水中的BPA和2,4-D含量时,简便快速,灵敏度和特异性高,抗干扰性强,测定结果的重复性和加标回收率都能满足实际应用的测定需求。A multifunctional fluorescent sensor array was prepared by combining fMIPs with microplate reader for the simultaneous determination of bisphonel A(BPA) and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D) in water rapidly. The fluorescent molecular imprinting polymers were prepared in microplate plates using dansyl dopamine as fluorescent functional monomer,dopamine as co-functional monomer, and BPA and 2,4-D as templates. Then a multifunctional fluorescent molecularly imprinted chemosensor array was constructed by combining the fMIPs with a fluorescent microplate reader to detect BPA and2,4-D rapidly. Finally, the fluorescent chemosensor array was used to detect BPA and 2,4-D levels in tap water, river water.Good linearity was obtained for BPA and 2,4-D in concentrations ranged from 1 to 80μg/L with limit of detection(LOD) at0.1μg/L by the multifunctional fluorescent chemosensor array. Recoveries of the fluorescent chemosensor array for BPA and2,4-D spiked tap water and river water were ranging from 91.3% to 111%, with RSDs between 5.5%~18%. The multifunction fluorescent molecularly imprinted chemosensor array achieved simultaneous detection of BPA and 2,4-D with the advantages of simple and rapid, high sensitivity and specificity, strong anti-interference. The repeatability and recovery of the determination results can meet the needs of the actual determination.
