光暗比对藻类技术净化沼液沼气效果的影响

摘  要:该研究分别基于小球藻-灵芝菌-内生细菌、小球藻-灵芝菌-GR24和小球藻-灵芝菌-活性污泥3种藻类技术处理体系对沼液和沼气开展同步净化处理。探讨了光暗比变化对藻菌共生体生物量和光合参数的影响,以及对沼液和沼气的净化效果。结果表明:最佳光暗比为14 h∶10 h,3种藻类技术处理体系相比而言,小球藻-灵芝菌-内生细菌共培养系统显著提高了小球藻光合速率、生物量、沼液营养物质去除效果以及沼气转化率。在最佳条件下,沼液COD、TN和TP去除率分别为(82.19%±7.63%)、(80.29%±7.78%)和(83.62%±8.25%),沼气中CO_(2)的去除率为(64.33%±6.19%)。Three kinds of algae technology treatment systems, Chlorella-Ganoderma-endophytic bacteria, ChlorellaGanoderma-GR24 and Chlorella-Ganoderma-activated sludge, were used to simultaneous purification treatment of biogas slurry and biogas. The effects of light-dark ratio on biomass and photosynthesis of algal-bacterial symbionts, and the purification effects of biogas slurry and biogas were discussed. The experimental results showed that the optimal ratio of light to darkness was 14 h∶10 h. Compared with the three algae treatment systems, the Chlorella-Ganoderma-endophytic bacteria co-culture system significantly improved the photosynthetic rate, biomass, nutrient removal efficiency of biogas slurry and biogas conversion rate. Under the optimum conditions, the removal rates of COD, TN and TP in biogas slurry were(82.19%±7.63%),(80.29%±7.78%) and(83.62%±8.25%), respectively, and CO_(2) removal rate in biogas was(64.33%±6.19%).
