摘 要:为了提高非贵金属催化剂处理挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的效率,研究中尝试通过溶剂热法合成不同配比的铈锰改性ZIF-8催化剂,以甲苯作为VOCs的指标物,对比各产物在催化降解甲苯反应中的催化活性,最终筛选出催化性能最佳的铈锰配比。对产物应用了X-射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电镜、热重分析和N_(2)吸附-脱附实验手段进行表征。结果表明:随着铈、锰的加入,ZIF-8催化剂表面的活性组分增多,显著提高了其催化氧化的效果,在Ce∶Mn=1∶4时,催化活性达到最高,甲苯转化率达到90%时的温度为270℃;且材料表面铈、锰分布均匀,具有良好的热稳定性。To improve the efficiency of the oxidation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in non-precious metal catalysts,different ratios of Ce and Mn modified ZIF-8 catalysts were synthesized by solvothermal method. With toluene as the index of VOCs, the catalytic activity of each product was compared, and the best catalytic ratio of manganese were selected finally.The prepared catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM/EDS), thermogravimetry(TG) and low-temperature N_(2) sorption(BET). The results revealed that the active components of ZIF-8 catalyst surface increased with the addition of Ce and Mn, which significantly improved its catalytic oxidation effect.Catalytic activity reached the highest at Ce∶Mn=1∶4, and the temperature of toluene conversion reached 90% was 270 ℃.Besides, the surface of the material is evenly distributed with Ce and Mn, and has good thermal stability.
