摘 要:易变的环境压力叠加新冠疫情防控的常态化挑战,使得医院输血管理亟需建立敏捷的应急机制。在VUCA思维下,建立以临床服务为导向的输血应急机制管理平台,明确应急血液管理的目标、流程、组织和监控,并在此基础上建立与外部行业资源和内部科室需求的协同机制。两项核心工作是从战略引领、技术创新、团队建设等方面建立VUCA环境下的输血敏捷组织,在科学管理、技术储备、质量控制和学习型组织等方面建立输血应急支撑体系。The volatile environmental pressure combined with the normalization challenge of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic makes it urgent to establish an agile emergency mechanism for blood transfusion management in hospitals.Under VUCA concept,a clinical service-oriented blood transfusion emergency mechanism management platform should be established.The goals,procedures,organization and monitoring of emergency blood management should be clarified.On this basis,a collaborative mechanism with external industry resources and internal department needs was established.The two core tasks are to establish a blood transfusion agile organization in the VUCA environment from the aspects of strategic leadership,technological innovation,and team building,and to establish a blood transfusion emergency support system in terms of scientific management,technical reserves,quality control,and learning organization.
