互联网护理在出院肿瘤患者居家PICC导管维护中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探索互联网背景下出院肿瘤患者居家PICC导管维护模式。方法采用便利抽样法选取2019年7月—2021年11月在我院就诊行PICC置管的114名肿瘤患者,返院维护组80例,居家维护组34例。返院组予以常规健康教育并在返院时进行导管维护,居家组予由专科护士上门进行导管维护和健康教育。比较两组患者导管维护依从性,PICC相关并发症发生率,服务满意度。结果居家组导管维护依从性高于返院组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.975,p<0.05);居家组对交通、维护宣教的满意度显著高于返院组(χ^(2)=7.149,p<0.01;χ^(2)=8.335,p<0.05),但对费用的满意度低于返院组(χ^(2)=16.186,p<0.05)。结论“互联网+护理”服务可以为PICC带管出院肿瘤患者提供安全、同质、连续的居家导管维护服务,值得推广。Objective To explore the home maintenance mode of PICC catheter for discharged cancer patients under the background of Internet.Methods Using convenient sampling method,114 cancer patients who underwent PICC in our hospital from July 2019 to November 2021 were selected.80 patients received maintenance treatment in the hospital and 34 patients received maintenance treatment at home.The group returning to hospital was given routine health education and catheter maintenance,while the group at home was given door-to-door catheter maintenance and health education by specialist nurses.The compliance of catheter maintenance,the incidence of PICC-related complications and service satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Resnlts The compliance of catheter maintenance in the group at home was higher than that in the group returning to hospital with statistical significance(χ^(2)=4.975,p<0.05).The satisfaction of the group at home on traffic and maintenance education was significantly higher than that in the group returning to hospital(χ^(2)=7.149,p<0.01;χ^(2)=8.335,p<0.05),but the satisfaction of the cost was lower than that in the group returning to hospital(χ^(2)=16.186,p<0.05).Conclusion The"Internet plus nursing"service can provide safe,high-quality and continuous home catheter maintenance services for cancer patients discharged from hospital with PICC catheters which is worthy of promotion.
