大型综合医院防汛应急管理体系构建及相关问题研究

摘　　要：随着极端暴雨事件的日益增多,医院的防汛工作受到了新的挑战。根据上级部门的指导文件,医院及时梳理防汛工作存在的问题,灵活运用多种管理模式,构建和完善了防汛应急管理体系。通过防汛应急管理体系的实施,落实防汛工作责任制、构建防汛物资及院区风险隐患点台账,组织培训和演练,制定不同暴雨预警信号级别的处置及救援方案,促进人员应急处置能力,显著提高了医院防汛工作的保障能力。With the increasing number of extreme rainstorm events,the flood control work in hospitals has faced new challenges.According to the guidance document from the superior department,the hospital sorted out the problems existing in the flood control work in a timely manner,and flexibly used various management modes to build and improve the flood control emergency management system.The security capacity of the hospital’s flood control work was obviously improved by implementing the flood control emergency management system,implementing the responsibility system for flood control work,establishing the flood control materials and the ledgers of the hidden danger points in the hospital,organizing the training and drills,and formulating the disposal and rescue plans for different levels of the rainstorm warning signal,so as to promote the emergency response ability of personnel.
