摘　　要：磷石膏(GP)基胶凝材料是近几年发展起来的一种以磷石膏为主要原料的新型建筑材料,但相比于传统硅酸盐水泥,存在凝结时间长、强度低、抗裂性能差、长期稳定性差等缺点。通过研究发现,在现有磷石膏基胶凝材料体系中掺入少量聚丙烯酸系高分子材料(PAS),可有效提高其水硬产物的力学性能和长期稳定性能,且随着GP用量的增加,性能提升效果更显著。当外掺0.15%PAS,在GP质量掺比为20%时,试件28 d龄期抗折、抗压强度较未添加PAS的试件分别提高近10%和30%;在GP质量掺比为40%时,试件28 d龄期抗折、抗压强度较未添加PAS的试件分别提高20%和25%以上,90 d龄期抗折、抗压强度均提高30%以上;试件28 d龄期水硬产物抗水渗透等级达P6以上,早期抗裂性能达L-Ⅲ级,显示出良好抗裂性和长期耐久性等性能。Phosphogypsum(GP)-based cementitious material is a new type of building material which is mainly made of phosphogypsum in recent years, but compared with traditional portland cement, there are some disadvantages, such as long setting time, low strength, poor crack resistance and poor long-term stability.It is found that the macromolecular fiber structure of the phosphogypsum-based cementitious material system is strengthened and toughened by the addition of a small amount of polyacrylic acid polymer(PAS),it can effectively improve the mechanical properties and long-term stability of the cementitious material, and the effect is more remarkable with the increase of GP dosage.Under the condition of adding 0.15% PAS,when the GP mass ratio is 20%,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the specimens are increased by 10% and 30% respectively at 28-day-old;when the GP mass ratio is 40%,the flexural and compressive strength of 28-day-old specimens increased by 20% and 25% respectively, and the flexural and compressive strength of 90-day-old specimens increased by more than 30%.At 28 d age, the water penetration resistance grade of the hydraulic products is above P6,and the early crack resistance grade is L-Ⅲ,which showes good crack resistance and long-term durability.
