摘  要:根据平衡信号浪涌保护器(SPD)的电路结构,选取不同阻值的退耦元件,通过1.2/50μs、8/20μs组合波雷电冲击测试和网络信号插入损耗测试,分析信号SPD设备保护侧的尖峰残压和插入损耗的参数特性,为热电偶温度传感器通讯线路选取合理阻值范围的退耦元件的信号SPD,可有效抑制热电偶信号线路雷电感应过电压,对压缩机的温度控制和检测系统的实时运行具有重要意义。According to the circuit structure principle of the balanced signal surge protector(SPD),decoupling components with different resistance values are selected,and the signal SPD equipment is analyzed through 1.2/50μs,8/20μs combined wave lightning impulse test and network signal insertion loss test.The parameter characteristics of the peak residual voltage and insertion loss on the protection side,the signal SPD of the decoupling element with a reasonable resistance range is selected for the communication line of the thermocouple temperature sensor,which can effectively suppress the lightning-induced overvoltage of the thermocouple signal line,and is of great significance for the temperature control of the compressor and real-time operation of the detection system.
