摘  要:文章描述了基于任意终端阻抗的W波段集总元件差分正交定向耦合器的设计方法,任意阻抗终端允许线性和非线性元件与耦合器匹配,而无需变压器网络。首先从耦合器的奇偶模分析出发,结合传输波矩阵得到集总元件正交定向耦合器的元件解算公式;然后对该耦合器拓扑结构的频率特性进行理论分析;最后基于0.13μm SiGe BiCMOS工艺设计一款以94 GHz为中心频率的W波段集总元件差分正交定向耦合器,该耦合器的插损(S_(21)、S_(31))在94 GHz处为6.6 dB,在90~98 GHz的设计频段内回波损耗(S_(11)、S_(22)、S_(33))小于-15 dB,幅度不平衡和相位误差分别为0.3 dB和1.5°。In this paper,the design technique for W-band lumped element differential quadrature directional coupler based on arbitrary termination impedance is described.Arbitrary impedance terminations allow matching the linear and nonlinear elements to the coupler without the requirement of transformer networks.Based on the odd-and even-mode analysis of the coupler,the design formulas of the lumped element quadrature directional coupler are obtained by combining the transmission wave matrix.Then,the frequency characteristics of the topological structure of the coupler are theoretically analyzed.Finally,based on 0.13μm SiGe BiCMOS process,a W-band lumped element differential quadrature directional coupler with a center frequency of 94 GHz is designed,the insertion losses of S_(21) and S_(31) are both equal to 6.6 dB at 94 GHz,and in the 90-98 GHz designed frequency band,the return losses of S_(11),S_(22) and S_(33) are less than-15 dB,and the amplitude imbalance and phase error are 0.3 dB and 1.5°,respectively.
