摘 要:提高企业效益的同时关注员工的福祉已成为企业管理中亟待解决的重要问题。文章首先考虑员工的多项技能水平并合理评价;然后根据人因工程学,提出岗位人因满意度的概念,此概念是指运用人因工程学评价员工对于其岗位的各类人因因素的满意程度;最后根据多技能员工的各项技能水平评价以及员工岗位人因满意度的评价,综合考虑之后得到一种更加科学合理的员工优化配置方案。Improving the performance of enterprises while paying attention to the well-being of employees has become a pressing issue in enterprise management.In this study,each skill level of the employees is considered and evaluated reasonably.Then,the concept of ergonomics satisfaction on position is proposed based on ergonomics,which is to measure the employees’satisfaction on various human factors in a certain position from the viewpoint of ergonomics.Finally,according to the evaluation of each skill level of multi-skilled employees and their ergonomics satisfaction on position,a more scientific and reasonable employee allocation scheme is obtained.
