摘 要:拦砂坝是泥石流防治体系中的骨干工程,发挥着拦砂节流、稳坡固床等重要作用。“5·12”汶川地震后,震区泥石流灾害频发,拦挡坝下消能防冲工程被冲蚀破坏屡见不鲜,严重危及主坝安全,坝下强烈冲蚀是普遍而又严重的问题。通过对北川青林沟泥石流1#拦砂坝(主坝)下护坦、副坝等消能防冲工程多次损毁特征、破坏原因分析,探索和实施了多层护坦、梯级肋槛、组合桩基深垂裙等多种坝下防冲消能工程措施。实践证明:对于高频率、深冲刷、大流量、高流速、多石块的泥石流,采用软基梯级肋槛-桩基垂裙复合型坝下消能防冲工程结构能有效保护主坝基的安全,可在类似泥石流拦砂坝下防护中应用。The debris flow dam is the main project in the debris flow prevention and control project and it has important functions such as sand blocking and throttling,slope and gully stabilization.After the Wenchuan earthquake on May 12,2008,debris flow disasters frequently occurred in the earthquake area.It is not uncommon for the energy dissipation and anti-scouring projects below of debris flow dams to be destroyed,which seriously endangers the safety of the dam.The strong erosion damage below of the dam is a common and serious problem.A variety of engineering measures for the energy dissipation and anti-scouring projects of the dam,such as multi-layer aprons,stepped ribs,and composite pile foundations are explored and implemented based on the analysis of multiple damage characteristics and causes of energy dissipation and anti-scouring projects such as the lower apron and auxiliary dam of 1#dam (main dam) of the Qinglin Gully debris flow in Beichuan.Practice has proved that for high-frequency,deep-scouring,large-flow,high-velocity and multi-rock debris flows,soft foundation stepped rib sill-vertical skirt of pile foundation composite type of energy dissipation and erosion control structure under dam can effectively protect the safety of the dam foundation.
