摘  要:通过对QT800-2的曲轴铸件进行相应的力学性能试验和金相分析,认为等温淬火球墨铸铁的韧性越好,疲劳强度越高;等温淬火后白区组织中的淬火马氏体明显降低了曲轴的韧性、塑性和疲劳性能,适当提高等温温度、提高硅含量、降低合金元素含量、减轻微区成分偏析,有利于减少白区中的淬火马氏体,提高ADI球墨铸铁的韧性和疲劳强度。最后指出:较好的等温淬火组织为细致的上贝氏体、下贝氏体和较少的白区(碎块状残余奥氏体),不允许有淬火马氏体。Through the corresponding mechanical properties test and metallographic analysis of the crankshaft casting of QT800-2,it was considered that the better the toughness and the higher the fatigue strength,the quenched martensite in the white area structure obviously decreased the toughness,plastic and fatigue properties of the crankshaft,it was beneficial to reduce the quenching martensite,to increase the toughness and fatigue strength of the ADI by properly elevating isothermal temperature,increasing Si content,reducing alloying elements contents to reduce the component segregation of micro-regions.Finally pointed out:relatively better isothermally quenching structure were fine upper bainite,lower bainite and less white area(broken residual austenite),quenched martensite was not allowed.
