摘　　要：介绍了冲天炉电气控制技术现状,分析了冲天炉电气控制的一些控制单元,包括:炉料称量单元,加料机控制单元,冷却水控制单元,炉气燃烧、热风、除尘控制单元,炉气脱硫、脱硝控制单元。详细阐述了循环冷却水控制单元以及炉气燃烧、热风和除尘系统控制等。最后指出:外热风水冷冲天炉的电气控制系统属于比较复杂的控制系统,为了能成功构建其电气控制系统要求冲天炉专业技术人员深入理解该熔化系统的工作原理、工作参数,并向电气设计者提出清晰明确的控制要求。The present situation of the cupola electric control technique was introduced,some control units of the cupola electric control were analyzed,including:furnace charges weighing unit,charges feeder control unit,cooling water control unit,furnace gas combustion,hot wind,dust removal control unit,cupola gas desulfurization control unit,denitration control unit.Finally it was pointed out that the electric control system of external hot blast water cooled cupola belongs to a more complex control system,to successfully construct its electrical control system required the professional technicians to deeply understand the working principle and working parameters of the melting system,and put forward clear control requirements to the electrical designers.
