摘  要:济南齐鲁黄河大桥主桥采用(95+280)m+420 m+(280+95)m三连拱网状吊杆系杆拱桥。420 m主跨拱肋矢高69.5 m,矢跨比1/6,拱轴线为抛物线。拱肋在拱脚分离,在拱顶连接交汇成整体,拱肋横撑采用一字撑。系梁采用钢-混组合梁,钢梁采用扁平钢箱梁,机动车道范围正交异性钢桥面上铺设厚120 mm的C50纤维混凝土桥面板,轨道交通及人行道、非机动车道区域均为钢桥面系。主跨共88根吊杆,吊杆在梁上标准间距9 m,顺桥向倾角约60°。吊杆均采用55-∅15.2 mm高应力幅环氧涂层钢绞线,钢绞线标准抗拉强度1860 MPa。吊杆在拱上采用销接式叉耳板锚固,在梁上张拉端采用带球铰的冷铸锚锚固。该桥具有跨度大、桥面宽、公轨合建等特点,采用网状吊杆布置、高应力幅吊杆体系、组合桥面板系梁等创新设计,桥梁结构安全、合理、经济。The main bridge of Qilu Huanghe River Bridge in Jinan features its three continuous network arches that create a main span of 420 m,two side spans of 280 m and two back spans of 95 m.The 420 m-span parabolic arch rises 69.5 m,leaving a rise-to-span ratio of 1/6.The two arch ribs in each span with I-shaped lateral bracings in between,incline inwardly and merge to be an entirety at the arch crown.The ties consist of flat steel box beams and concrete slabs.The vehicle lanes are carried by orthotropic deck plates that are overlaid with 120 mm-thick C50 fiber-reinforced concrete slabs,while the light rail tracks,sidewalks and bicycle lanes are supported on steel decks.The main span is suspended by 88 inclined hangers that are spaced at 9 m and have an inclination angle of 60°.The hangers are made of 55,∅15.2 mm high-stress-amplitude epoxy-coated steel wire strands that have a nominal tensile strength of 1860 MPa.The hangers are anchored to the arch ribs and deck by fork plates and cold cast anchorages with ball joints,respectively.The selection of the network arch,high-stress-amplitude hangers and composite deck system allows the concept of a long-span and wide-deck bridge accommodating roadway and light rail on the same level of deck to come into being,and the structural configuration is verified safe,effective and economical.
