摘  要:为了评估制得的QSB10、QSB25、QSB503种标准样品的均匀性和稳定性,采用单因素方差分析法对标准样品均匀性进行检验,稳定性检验采用一元线性拟合方程模型为稳定性研究的基本模型,采用t检验法对标准样品的稳定性检验评估。本文以QSB25为例,对研制的标准样品D_(10)、D_(50)、D_(90)3个粉体特征粒径进行检验和评估,结果表明,粉体粒度检测用标准样品具有良好的均匀性和稳定性,符合标准样品的规定要求。In order to evaluate the homogeneity and stability of the three standard samples QSB10,QSB25 and QSB50,single factor analysis of variance was applied to test the homogeneity of the standard samples,and the one-dimensional linear fitted equation model as was used as the basis model to test the stability.The test of the standard samples was evaluated by t-test.In this paper,QSB25 was taken as an example,the three powder characteristic particle sizes of D_(10),D_(50),D_(90)of the developed standard samples were tested and evaluated.The results show that the standard samples for powder particle size testing have good homogeneity and stability,and meet the specified requirements of the standard samples.
