摘　　要：进入全面建成小康社会后的城市福利治理也面临新的要求和挑战。探寻城市福利治理的社区逻辑可以为福利治理现代化提供理论和政策指导,现有研究中社会福利与社区建设的单向度关联还难以更好系统阐释城市福利治理的社区逻辑,为此,借鉴福利治理理论,构建了社会福利与社区建设的系统关联框架,并从关联内容、关联机制和关联效果三个方面展开了分析。After entering into a well-off society in an all-round way, the welfare governance of city is also facing new requirements and challenges. Exploring the community logic of welfare governance in cities can provide theoretical and policy guidance for the modernization of welfare governance. The one-dimensional association between social welfare and community construction in the existing research is difficult to better explain the community logic of welfare governance in cities. Therefore, this paper uses the theory of welfare governance for reference, constructs the system association framework of social welfare and community construction, and analyzes the relationship between social welfare and community construction from the perspective of association Content, mechanism and effect are analyzed.
