摘  要:城市开发建设需要为行洪排涝留有空间,而快速的城市化对雨洪调蓄空间的侵占使得城市在极端气象灾害中遭受了沉重的教训。现有的研究提出了雨洪调蓄目标容量的计算方法,但该目标容量如何转化为可落地的雨洪调蓄空间布局规划,仍需深入研究和案例探索。为此,提出了一套定量布局雨洪调蓄空间的方法路径,并以万载县城南新区为研究对象进行实证。该方法首先运用二维洪水模型FLO-2D模拟二十年一遇降雨事件下的雨洪淹没情况,再将汇水区作为雨洪管理单元,结合地表径流“源头—过程—末端”的三个状态,对生态雨洪调蓄空间进行结构梳理,来指导汇水区的雨洪调蓄用地布局优化。本研究的雨洪调蓄空间规划高度关联具有雨洪调蓄功能的城市绿地系统布局,以期为后续城市开发建设提供约束和指导作用。Urban development and construction need to reserve space for flood discharge and waterlogging,and rapid urbanization has encroached space for storm-flood storage and regulation,making cities suffer heavy lessons in extreme meteorological disasters.Existing studies have proposed a calculation method for the target capacity of stormwater regulation and storage,but how to convert the target capacity into landable stormwater regulation and storage spatial layout planning still needs in-depth study and case study.Therefore,this paper puts forward a set of methods and paths for quantitative distribution of stormwater storage space,and takes Chengnan New Area of Wanzai County as the research object to conduct empirical study.This method firstly used two-dimensional flood model software FLO-2 D simulation twenty years the rain flood submerged condition of rainfall events,then water catchment area as the rain flood management unit,combining with the surface run off"source-process-the end"of the three state,to comb structure,the ecological rain flood storage space to guide the layout optimization of stormwater regulation and storage land in the catchment area.The spatial planning of stormwater regulation and storage in this paper is highly related to the layout of urban green space system with stormwater regulation and storage function,in order to provide constraints and guidance for the subsequent urban development and construction.
