摘　　要：蒙药材吉勒泽是蒙医习用药材之一,本草记载历史悠久,可分为查干-吉勒泽和哈日-吉勒泽两种。笔者通过系统文献研究对吉勒泽的化学成分和药理活性进行综述,吉勒泽中含有多种化学成分,主要有环烯醚萜类、三萜类、黄酮类、木脂素类、甾体类及糖类等成分,具有抗炎、保肝、镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗病毒,以及对心血管系统疾病有较好的作用。蒙医药具有自己独特的理论体系,对吉勒泽的质量控制、药效物质基础,以及药理作用与机制仍需要进一步深入研究。Mongolian medicine jiljee is one of the Mongolian medical herbs with a long history,which divided into Chagan-jiljee and Har-jiljee.In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of jiljee are reviewed systematically.The results show that jiljee contains a variety of chemical components,mainly including iridoid,triterpene,flavonoids,lignans,steroids and carbohydrates,which have a good effect on anti-inflammatory,hepatoprotective,analgesic,antitumor,antiviral and cardiovascular diseases.Mongolian medicine has its own unique theoretical system.Drawing on the current research progress of this medicinal material,further research is still needed on the quality control,pharmacodynamic material basis research,pharmacological action and mechanism research of jiljee.
