摘 要:非共沸工质相变传热对诸多热力系统均至关重要,而池沸腾传热是深入认识非共沸工质相变传热的基础。目前已有一些针对非共沸工质池沸腾传热的研究工作,提出了传热计算的关联式。本文以此为背景,开展了对非共沸工质池沸腾传热关联式的分析,利用文献中可靠的非共沸工质池沸腾传热实验数据,对现有的一些传热关联式进行对比分析。结果表明,所考察的非共沸工质池沸腾的传热关联式准确度较低,不同组分配比的预测结果差异较大,需要对关联式中的传质影响作用展开进一步的研究。The phase-change heat transfer of zeotropic mixtures is essential for many thermal systems,and pool boiling heat transfer is the prerequisite and basis for understanding of the phasechange heat transfer of zeotropic mixture.There have been some studies carried out on pool boiling heat transfer of zeotropic mixtures.This paper collects and collates the heat transfer correlations of zeotropic mixtures pool boiling,and validates the predicted results of the heat transfer correlations using the data of refrigerant mixture pool boiling heat transfer from the literature for some of the heat transfer correlations which are considered to be highly accurate and have a wide applicability.The results indicate that the current heat transfer correlations about the pool boiling heat transfer of zeotropic mixtures are less accurate,and the predicted results of different group distribution ratios vary widely,requiring further study of the component concentration action term of the correlations.
