摘　　要：新闻出版与广播影视合作是中国同阿拉伯国家战略伙伴关系的一个重要方面,也是中阿全面合作的有机组成部分。2004年中阿合作论坛成立后,中阿新闻出版与广播影视合作逐步确立了顶层政策框架和具体行动计划。在双方的共同努力下,中阿新闻合作论坛、中阿广播电视合作论坛、中阿出版合作论坛相继落地,构建了新闻出版与广播影视领域合作的机制化平台。依托以新闻合作为主体、以出版和广播影视合作为两翼的合作格局,中阿双方在新闻报道、影视作品交流、经典书籍互译等领域取得了丰硕成果,有力促进了中阿文化交流,增进了中阿民心相通,为双方在其他领域的友好合作夯实了社会和民意基础。与此同时,中阿双方在新闻出版与广播影视领域的合作仍然存在不少短板,且面临着来自新媒体、自媒体和西方强势话语的多重挑战,媒体的传播力、引导力和影响力仍有待提升。The cooperation on press and publication and radio,film and television is a significant aspect of China’s strategic partnership with Arab countries.Since the establishment of the China-Arab Cooperation Forum in 2004,the top-level policy framework and specific action plan for the cooperation have been gradually clarified.With the joint efforts of both sides,several forums have been established as mechanism platforms of the bilateral cooperation,including China-Arab Press Cooperation Forum,China-Arab Radio and Television Cooperation Forum,China Arab Publishing Cooperation Forum.With press cooperation as the main body and the cooperation of publication,radio,film and television as wings,China and Arab countries have achieved fruitful results in the fields of news reports,exchanges of film and television works,and translations of classic books,which has effectively promoted the cultural exchanges,enhanced people-to-people bonds,and laid a solid foundation for the comprehensive cooperation between the two sides in other fields.
