摘　　要：慢性淋巴细胞增殖性疾病(CLPD)病程中常出现免疫性血小板减少(ITP)。ITP的发生与原发病密切相关,由于部分CLPD发生率低,而CLPD相关ITP可使原发病的出血风险增加,这使部分原发病诊断和治疗复杂化。由于目前CLPD相关ITP研究较少,因此笔者通过对近年来CLL、NHL、HL等常见CLPD相关ITP的发病机制、诊断和治疗的最新研究进展进行阐述,以提高对该类疾病的认识,指导临床工作。Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)often occurs in the course of chronic lymphoproliferative disorders(CLPD).The occurrence of ITP may be closely related to the primary disease.Due to the low incidence of some CLPD,and CLPD associated ITP can increase the risk of bleeding from the primary disease,which complicate the diagnosis and treatment in some primary diseases.As there is a paucity of research on CLPD associated ITP,this article describes the latest research advances in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of CLPD associated ITP such as CLL,NHL and HL in recent years,in order to improve the understanding and guide clinical work on these diseases.
