摘 要:目的:从辐照^(160)Gd_(2)O_(3)靶料中提取中子反应产物^(161)Tb,以实现国产化制备^(161)Tb。方法:利用中国绵阳研究堆(CMRR)对^(160)Gd_(2)O_(3)靶料进行中子辐照,经过破靶、溶样、镧系(LN)树脂柱分离纯化、二甘醇酰胺(DGA)柱溶液置换等流程,得到无载体^(161)Tb产品。采用γ能谱纯度、金属杂质含量、比活度、放化纯、放射性浓度等关键指标对^(161)Tb产品进行质量检测与控制。结果:单次制备可得到33.4 GBq ^(161)TbCl_(3),放射性浓度为16.8 GBq/ml,核纯度≥99.9%,放化纯为99.2%,金属杂质含量满足拟定标准,比活度为6.02×10^(17) Bq/mol。与1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷-1,4,7,10-四乙酸-D-苯丙氨酸1-酪氨酸3-苏氨酸8-奥曲肽(DOTATATE)标记后0、72 h的放化纯分别为100%、95.8%。结论:利用LN树脂进行无载体^(161)Tb的制备,具有分离性能高、单次载量高等优势,为国内^(161)Tb标记药物的研发提供良好的核素保障。Objective To produce ^(161)Tb from enriched ^(160)Gd_(2)O_(3) isotope-enriched target material and realize domestic production of the novel medical isotope ^(161)Tb.Methods The ^(160)Gd_(2)O_(3) isotope-enriched target material was irradiated with neutrons by the China Mianyang Research Reactor(CMRR).The no-carrier-added ^(161)Tb product was obtained after the processes of target broken,sample dissolution,separation and purification with lanthanide(LN)resin and solution replacement with diglycolamide(DGA)column.Various key indicators such asγspectral purity,metal impurity content,specific activity,radiochemical purity,and radioactive concentration were used to conduct the quality inspection and the control of ^(161)Tb products.Results ^(161)TbCl3 of 33.4 GBq was obtained in a single time with the radioactive concentration of 16.8 GBq/ml,nuclear purity more than 99.9%,and radiochemical purity of 99.2%.Metal impurity content was met the established standards,with the specific activity of 6.02×10^(17) Bq/mol.The radiochemical purities of ^(161)Tb labeling with 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid-D-Phe1-Tyr3-Thr8-octreotide(DOTATATE)after 0 and 72 h were 100%and 95.8%respectively.Conclusion The preparation of no-carrier-added ^(161)Tb by using LN resin has the advantages of high separation performance and high sample loading,which has great significance in the field of medical isotope preparation and lays a good nuclide guarantee for the research and development of domestic ^(161)Tb-labeled drugs.
