降压汤治疗老年性高血压病临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析降压汤对改善老年性高血压病晨峰现象及预后的效果。方法选择广州市红十字会医院于2019年10月—2020年5月收治的老年性高血压病126例展开前瞻性研究,随机将之分为对照组与观察组,各63例,对照组仅接受常规西药治疗,观察组则采取中医降压汤治疗。分析2组疗效、不良反应、血压日均值及血压晨峰值。结果经1个月治疗,观察组临床总有效率95.24%高于对照组的84.13%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.94%,低于对照组的20.63%(P<0.05)。观察组患者收缩压、舒张压[(131.58±12.02)mm Hg、(80.65±9.58)mm Hg]均低于对照组[(136.54±12.12)mm Hg、(84.26±9.88)mm Hg](P<0.05)。观察组患者血压晨峰值(32.02±1.10)mm Hg低于对照组(32.89±1.12)mm Hg(P<0.05)。结论老年性高血压病患者接受中医降压汤治疗,血压控制效果更佳,促进预后,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Jiangya decoction on improving the morning peak phenomenon and prognosis of senile hypertension.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 126 cases of senile hypertension admitted to Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital from October 2019 to May 2020.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received only conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was treated with Jiangya decoction.The efficacy,adverse reactions,daily average blood pressure and morning peak blood pressure were analyzed in the two groups.Results After1 month of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%which was higher than that of the control group(84.13%)(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 7.94%which was lower than that of the control group(20.63%)(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(131.58±12.02)mm Hg,(80.65±9.58)mm Hg of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(136.54±12.12)mm Hg,(84.26±9.88)mm Hg(P<0.05).The morning peak blood pressure(32.02±1.10)mm Hg of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(32.89±1.12)mm Hg(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiangya decoction has better blood pressure control effect and promotes prognosis.It is worth promoting.
