浅析国医大师伍炳彩教授对湿邪致病的认识

摘　　要：国医大师伍炳彩教授(以下尊称“伍老”)从医50余年,具有丰富的临床理论及实践经验,对湿邪致病的证治具有独到的认识。此文首先通过文献追溯阐述古今对湿邪致病的概念、临床特点及治法特点的论述,然后借助中医传承辅助平台及“扎根理论”三步编码程序挖掘分析伍炳彩教授对湿邪致病的证治认识,以期对中医临床理论及经验传承研究添砖加瓦。Professor Wu Bingcai,Master of traditional Chinese medicine has been a doctor for more than 50 years,has rich clinical theory and practice experience,and has a unique understanding of the syndrome and treatment of dampness pathogen-caused disease.This paper firstly elaborates the concept,clinical characteristics and treatment characteristics of the ancient and modern dampness pathogen-caused diseases through literature retroactively,and then analyzes Professor Wu Bingcai’s understanding of the syndrome and treatment of dampness pathogen-caused diseases with the aid of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform and the three-step coding program of“grounded theory”,in order to contribute to the research on the clinical theory and experience inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.
