摘　　要：此文研究近年来纳入标准为气滞热壅型急性乳腺炎的临床观察类文献,探求联合疗法治疗气滞热壅型急性哺乳期乳腺炎的疗效概况。发现叠加应用2种或2种以上治法成为一种趋势,就此做一综述。近年来联合2种或2种以上治法的治疗方式颇受青睐,其中中药内服外敷及针灸、拔罐等中医治法在提高疗效上功不可没,为临床治疗提供思路。To investigate the curative effect of combination therapy for acute mastitis of qi stagnation and heat congestion.The author has studied the clinical observation literatures that have been included in relevant standards for mastitis with pattern of qi stagnation and heat congestion in recent years.The author found that the superposition of two or more therapies has become a trend,and thus summarized.In recent years,the combination of two or more therapies has been favored.Among them,traditional Chinese medicine therapies such as oral and external applications of herbal medicines,acupuncture and cupping have contributed to the improvement of curative effects,which provids ideas for clinical treatment.
