半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究半夏白术天麻汤对高血压病患者血压及血管内皮功能的影响。方法此次的70例研究对象均于郑州市第七人民医院2019年3月—2020年11月接受医治的高血压病患者中选取,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,分组主要依据随机数字表法。对照组服用血府逐瘀汤,观察组以对照组为基础,施以半夏白术天麻汤,2组患者共连续治疗55 d。比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后血压和血管内皮功能。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的45.71%;与治疗前比较,治疗后DBP、SBP、血清ET-1水平均下降,观察组低于对照组,而治疗后血清NO水平较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病能有效改善血管内皮功能,降低血压,同时治疗效果显著,利于病情恢复。Objective To explore the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on blood pressure and vascular endothelial function in hypertensive patients.Methods 70 cases were selected from the hypertension patients treated in Zhengzhou Seventh People’s Hospital from March 2019 to November 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The grouping is mainly based on the random number table method.The control group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.The observation group was given Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction based on the control group.Patients in 2 groups were treated continuously for 55 days.Clinical efficacy,blood pressure and vascular endothelial function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 80.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(45.71%).Compared with before treatment,DBP,SBP and serum ET-1 levels decreased after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,while the serum NO level increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can effectively improve vascular endothelial function,reduce blood pressure,and the treatment effect is significant,which is conducive to the improvement of the condition.
