摘　　要：晕针是常见的针刺意外事件之一,轻则休息片刻即可缓解,重则诱发其他危急重症而造成严重后果。晕针的发生具有时间的突然性、原因的不确定性以及后果的严重性,给针灸临床造成不利影响。此文立足于气血状态异常,探讨了晕针发生的时间、原因和机制,并针对性地提出了合理的防治措施,希望给针灸医生提供一定的借鉴。Acupuncture syncope is one of the common acupuncture accidents.It can be alleviated by taking a rest for a short time,or it can induce other critical and severe cases and cause serious consequences.The occurrence of acupuncture syncope is sudden in time,uncertain in cause and serious in consequence,which has adverse effects on clinical acupuncture.Based on the abnormal state of qi and blood,this paper discusses the time,cause and mechanism of acupuncture syncope,and puts forward reasonable prevention and treatment measures,hoping to provide certain reference for acupuncture and moxibustion doctors.
