督脉铺灸迟发性烫伤的原因分析及护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨督脉铺灸迟发性烫伤的原因分析及护理干预。方法选取2020年4月—2021年9月景德镇市第一人民医院督脉铺灸患者60例,按随机数字表法分为试验组(30例)与对照组(30例),对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用综合护理。对比2组迟发性烫伤发生率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、护理满意度。结果试验组迟发性烫伤发生率(3/178,1.69%)较对照组(10/177,5.65%)低(P<0.05);干预后,试验组VAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度(29/30,96.67%)较对照组(22/30,73.33%)高(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预措施应用于督脉铺灸患者,可预防迟发性烫伤发生,减轻疼痛度,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the cause analysis and nursing intervention of delayed scalds caused by moxibustion in governor vessel.Methods From April 2020 to September 2021,60 patients with moxibustion in governor vessel in Jingdezhen First People’s Hospital were selected and divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the random number table.The control group received conventional nursing care.The experimental group adopted comprehensive nursing care on the basis of the control group.The incidence of delayed scald,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of delayed scald was(3/178,1.69%)in the experimental group,which was lower than(10/177,5.65%)in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30)was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures applied to moxibustion in governor vessel can prevent delayed burns,reduce pain,and improve nursing satisfaction.
