摘　　要：高脂血症是一种多发并不断年轻化的疾病,现代临床表现为血浆中一种或多种脂质浓度持续增高,可引起动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、胰腺炎等。由于西药治疗高脂血症往往不良作用明显,研究表明许多中药及经方干预高脂血症有确切疗效且不良作用少见,因此此文选取临床应用频率较高的几种常用降脂类中药及经方,对其干预高脂血症的有效成分、作用机制的研究现状进行梳理,为降脂类中药及经方的使用、研究及制剂开发提供一定的参考。Hyperlipidemia is a disease of multiple and younger ages.Modern clinical manifestations are continuous increase in plasma concentration of one or more lipids,which can cause atherosclerosis,coronary heart disease,pancreatitis and so on.Because western medicine to treat hyperlipidemia often have significant side effects,studies have shown that many traditional Chinese medicine and classical prescriptions has exact curative effect and side effects of rare in treating hyperlipidemia,therefore this article selects some traditional Chinese medicine and classical prescriptions which have a high frequency in clinical application,and review their effective components and mechanism in the intervention of hyperlipidemia,for the use and research of traditional Chinese medicine and classical prescriptions,and for the development of preparations provide some reference.
