摘　　要：目的 运用五运六气理论探讨枣庄地区手足口病的发病规律。方法 通过对枣庄地区2017年1月20日—2020年1月19日儿童手足口病的发病数进行统计分析,并回顾性推测发病率与五运六气所主气候的关系。结果 属性为火热性质的年份、月份,手足口病发病率偏高。结论 枣庄地区手足口病的发病多在火热性质的年份、月份,通过五运六气推测每年的气候特点,可以为手足口病的防治提供依据。Objective Todiscuss the regularity of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Zaozhuang area based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.Methods Based on the statistical analysis of the incidence of childhood HFMD in Zaozhuang from January20, 2017 to January 19, 2020, the relationship between the incidence and the climate dominated by the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors was deduced retrospectively.Results Attributes for the hot nature of the year, HFMD incidence was high.Conclusion The occurrence of HFMD in Zaozhuang is usually in hot years and months. The climatic characteristics of each year are inferred from the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. The climatic characteristics of each year can provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of HFMD.
