药师指导下三拗汤在儿科肺炎喘嗽中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析药师指导前后三拗汤在儿科肺炎喘嗽治疗中的疗效差异;分析临床中药师用药建议的有效性。方法 参照药师建议将厦门市中医院三拗汤分为原有配方与调整配方2种,并将100例肺炎喘嗽的患儿分成2组,各50例。观察组采用调整配方的三拗汤治疗;对照组采用原有配方的三拗汤治疗,观察2组治疗结果。结果 观察组在治疗总有效率及临床症状消失时间上都显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 调整配方的三拗汤在治疗儿科肺炎喘嗽疗效上明显优于原有配方的三拗汤,且不增加不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广应用。临床药师的合理建议能够促进临床安全、有效地使用中药。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect difference of Sanniu decoction before and after pharmacist intervention in pediatric pneumonia cough, and to analyze the effectiveness of the suggestions from clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods According to the pharmacist’s suggestion, Sanniu decoction in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was divided into two types:original formula and adjusted formula. 100 cases of children with pneumonia and cough were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. One group was treated with adjusted formula Sanniu decoction and called the observation group. The other group was treated with original formula Sanniu decoction called the control group. The treatment results of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group is better than control group in total effective rate and clinical symptom disappearance time. There was significant difference(P<0.05). And there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion adjusted formula Sanniu decoction is better than original formula Sanniu decoction in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthma, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application. The reasonable suggestions of clinical pharmacists can promote the safe and effective use of traditional Chinese medicine.
