乌药散合葱白散治疗寒凝气滞型妇人腹痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察乌药散联合葱白散治疗寒凝气滞型妇人腹痛的疗效观察,研究中药治疗妇人腹痛的治疗效果,为寒凝气滞型妇人腹痛的治疗提供一个更加有效的治疗方法。方法拟选取寒凝气滞型妇人腹痛患者,结合患者意愿和随机数字分为中药组与西药组,中药组予乌药散合葱白散加减水煎服,每日1剂,分2次温服,1周为一个疗程,连服2个疗程。西药组予氧氟沙星,每日2次,连用14 d。观察妇人腹痛的症状及体征评分。结果中药组中盆腔炎症状及体征均得到明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌药散合葱白散加减治疗寒凝气滞型妇人腹痛疗效显著,可以明显改善患者慢性盆腔炎症状,长期治疗效果优于单纯西药组。Objective To observe the curative effect of Wuyao powder combined with Congbai powder in the treatment of women’s abdominal pain of cold coagulation and qi stagnation type,and to study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of women’s abdominal pain,so as to provide a more effective method for the treatment of women’s abdominal pain of cold coagulation and qi stagnation type.Methods Women with cold coagulation and qi stagnation abdominal pain were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group according to their wills and random numbers.The patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with Wuyao powder and Congbai pill.Three roots of scallion leaves(self-made)were decocted in water,one dose a day,two times warm,one week as a course of treatment,two courses of treatment.The western medicine group was given ofloxacin twice a day for 14 days.The symptom and sign scores of abdominal pain were observed.Results The symptoms and signs of pelvic inflammatory disease in the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly improved,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuyao powder combined with Congbai pill has a significant effect in the treatment of abdominal pain in women with cold coagulation and qi stagnation type,which can significantly improve the symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and the long-term treatment effect is better than that of simple western medicine group.
