四神煎治疗湿热阻络型膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析加味四神煎治疗膝关节滑膜炎(湿热阻络型)疗效观察。方法选取68例均来自辽宁中医药大学附属医院康复中心收治的慢性膝关节滑膜炎(湿热阻络型)患者,将其随机分为观察组34例和对照组34例。观察组给予加味四神煎中药内服,对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊内服,参照膝关节症状体征分级量化评分表、中医证候量化评分表、VAS评分进行疗效判定。结果治疗后,观察组膝关节症状、中医症状体征分级量化评分和VAS评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味四神煎对慢性膝关节滑膜炎(湿热阻络型)患者具有降低炎症指标,改善中医证候,起到缓解疼痛,改善膝关节功能等作用,其短期疗效明显。Objective To analyze the curative effect of modified Sishen decoction in the treatment of knee synovitis of dampness-heat obstructing collaterals type.Methods 68 cases of chronic knee synovitis(dampness heat obstructing collaterals type)were randomly divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The observation group was treated with modified Sishen decoction and the control group was treated with celecoxib capsule.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome quantitative score table and VAS score were used to judge the curative effect.Results After treatment,the scores of knee joint symptoms,TCM symptoms and signs,and vas in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion modified Sishen decoction in the treatment of knee synovitis of dampness-heat obstructing collaterals type can reduce inflammatory indexes,improve TCM symptoms,relieve pain and improve knee joint function,and its short-term effect is obvious.
