从通腑气角度探讨张锡纯运用建瓴汤治疗脑充血

摘　　要：此文基于中医理论从通腑气角度探讨张锡纯运用建瓴汤治疗脑充血的合理性,揭示通腑气为治疗脑充血疾病之关键。通过查阅古籍、现代药理研究以及临床报告,论证建瓴汤中具有通腑气作用的大黄、赭石、柏子仁及桃仁的配伍使用对于脑充血疾病具有重要意义,进一步拓展了脑充血临床用药思路,为研究张锡纯治疗中风学术思想提供新的方向。Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,it is to explain the rationality of treating cerebral hyperemia by purging the fu-viscera qi,revealing the key method of treating cerebral hyperemia is to purge the fu-viscera qi.This search referred to ancient medical books,pharmacological studies and clinical reports,so that demonstrated that Rhubarb,Ochre,Semen Platycladi and Persicae Semen in Jianling decoction,with the function of purging the fu-viscera qi,have great significance to treat this disease.It also expands the idea of clinical medication to treat this disease and provides a new view to research Zhang Xichun’s academic thought on apoplexia treatment.
