摘  要:HOX基因是一组脱氧核糖核酸序列,对造血调控和造血细胞的发育起到重要作用,是造血干/祖细胞增殖分化的主要调控基因,同诸多血液系统疾病如白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征、慢性再生障碍性贫血的发生发展具有一定的相关性,对其进行深入研究能够探寻疾病发展演变的基因学机制,进一步针对这一机制对疾病进行治疗或者预防,具有重要的理论和实践意义。此文对HOX基因的研究进展及与白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征、慢性再生障碍性贫血的联系进行综述。HOX(Homeobox)gene is a group of deoxyribonucleic acid sequences,which plays an important role in the regulation of hematopoiesis and the development of hematopoietic cells.It is the main regulatory gene for the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells.It is related to the occurrence and development of many hematological diseases such as leukemia,myelodysplastic syndrome and chronic aplastic anemia.Further study on it can explore the genetic mechanism of disease development and evolution.Further treatment or prevention of diseases according to this mechanism has important theoretical and practical significance.This article reviews the research progress of HOX and its relationship with leukemia,myelodysplastic syndrome and chronic aplastic anemia.
