摘 要:文章根据低温环境中列车经过长隧道时环境温度变化情况,通过理论计算和实际测试分析了环境温度变化对列车管压力的影响,以及列车管压力变化对列车运行的不利因素,重点分析了温度上升及均衡风缸控制精度对列车管压力的影响,以及列车管压力上升带来的危害。针对列车管压力上升及危害提出均衡风缸压力分阶段控制策略,消除了环境温度变化对列车管压力的影响,保证列车不出现意外制动,提高列车运行的稳定性。According to the environmental temperature change when the train passes through long tunnel in low-temperature environment,this paper analyzes the influence of environmental temperature change on brake pipe pressure and the adverse factors of brake pipe pressure change on the train operation through theoretical calculation and practical test.It focuses on the influence of temperature rise and control accuracy of balanced air cylinder on brake pipe pressure,as well as the harm caused by the rise of brake pipe pressure.In view of the rise and harm of brake pipe pressure,a phased control strategy of balanced air cylinder pressure is proposed to eliminate the impact of ambient temperature change on brake pipe pressure,ensure that the train does not have accidental braking and improve the stability of train operation.
