摘　　要：随着服役年限的增长,弹性胶泥缓冲器会逐渐出现泄漏失效故障。文章分析了故障原因和弹性胶泥缓冲器的工作原理,通过改进缓冲器内部结构,设计了一种内增压弹性胶泥缓冲器,使弹性胶泥缓冲器的缓冲特性有了较大变化,从而降低弹性胶泥缓冲器内部压力,提高弹性胶泥缓冲器的密封可靠性。With the increase of service life,the leakage failure of elastic buffer gradually occurs.This paper analyzes the failure reason and the working principle of elastic buffer.An internal pressurized elastic buffer is designed by improving the internal structure of the buffer,which greatly changes the buffer characteristics of the elastic mastic buffer,so as to reduce the internal pressure of the elastic buffer and improve the sealing reliability of the elastic buffer.
