摘　　要：针对传统式地铁车辆轮对检修过程中存在的各种问题,文章提出一种智能轮对检修生产线,介绍了该生产线的工艺装备布局、工艺流程、主要检修工艺装备、轮对检修信息化控制系统。该生产线通过对老旧生产线的智能化改造,实现了检修作业均衡化、信息化和智能化的跨越式发展。Aiming at the various problems in traditional wheelset maintenance of metro vehicles,this paper proposes an intelligent wheelset maintenance production line,and presents the process equipment layout,process flow,main maintennace technology equipment,wheelset maintenance information control system of the production line.The production line comes from the intelligent transformation of the old production line,and realizes the leap-forward development of balance,informatization and intelligence of maintenance operations.
