摘  要:常规K344封隔器存在承压性能低、施工规模受限、解封不稳定或无法顺利解封的问题,不能满足大规模压裂施工和工具顺利起出的需要。K344型可溶辅助解封压裂封隔器采用辅助承压/解封机构和胶筒一体化中心管的结构形式,有效提高了工具的耐温、承压性能,同时在易变形部位采用可溶包覆层补位,提高了工具的解封可靠性。通过室内试验以及20口井的现场应用检验,其耐温、承压和解封性能满足设计要求,施工完成后可快速解封并顺利起出井筒,成功率100%。该封隔器适用于直斜井和水平井,可为大规模压裂施工提供技术支撑。The conventional K344 packer has the problems of low pressure bearing performance,limited application scale,and unstable or unsmooth releasing,making it unqualified for large-scale fracturing and tool tripping.This paper presents the K344 soluble auxiliary-releasing packer,which adopts the central pipe integrating auxiliary pressure/releasing mechanism and packer rubber to effectively improve the temperature resistance and pressure bearing performance of the tool and adopts the soluble coat to cover the position easy to deform,so as to improve the releasing reliability of the tool.The laboratory test and field application in 20 wells prove that the temperature resistance,pressure bearing,and releasing performance of the K344 soluble auxiliary-releasing packer meet the design requirements.After the operation is completed,it can be released quickly and tripped out smoothly,with a success rate of 100%.The proposed packer is suitable for slant wells and horizontal wells and can provide technical support for large-scale fracturing treatment.
