摘  要:基于飞机长期在盐雾及酸性环境下服役,研究了预腐蚀对异种铝合金回填式搅拌摩擦点焊接结构件的力学性能的影响。结果表明:未腐蚀结构件的拉剪强度为20.2 kN,疲劳寿命为682345 cyc,酸性气体预腐蚀结构件拉剪强度为16.5 kN,疲劳寿命为600466 cyc,盐雾预腐蚀结构件拉剪强度为18.5 kN,疲劳寿命为639032 cyc。与未腐蚀结构件相比,经过酸性气体预腐蚀后拉剪强度下降18.3%,疲劳寿命下降12%;经过盐雾预腐蚀后拉剪强度下降8.42%,疲劳寿命下降6.3%。利用微观表征手段观察预腐蚀后接头微观组织,盐雾预腐蚀的腐蚀层厚度约为34μm,酸性气体预腐蚀的腐蚀层厚度约为38μm。因此,酸性环境对异种铝合金回填式搅拌摩擦点焊接结构件的腐蚀和力学性能的影响更为严重。Based on the long-term service of aircraft in salt fog and acid environment,this paper studies the influence of pre-corrosion on the mechanical properties of dissimilar aluminum alloy refilled friction stir spot welding structure.The results show that the tensile-shear strength of non-corroded structural is 20.2 kN and fatigue life of non-corroded structural is 682345 cyc.Tensile and shear strength of structural parts corroded by acid gas is 16.5 kN and fatigue life of corroded by acid gas structural is 600466 cyc.Tensile and shear strength of structural parts corroded by salt fog 18.5 kN and fatigue life of corroded by salt fog structural is 639032 cyc respectively.Compared with the non-corroded structural parts,the tensile and shear strength decreased by 18.3%and fatigue life decreased by 12%.After salt spray pre-corrosion,the tensile and shear strength decreased by 8.42%,and the fatigue life decreased by 6.3%.The microstructure of the joint after pre-corrosion was observed by means of microscopic characterization.The corrosion layer thickness of salt spray pre-corrosion was about 34μm,and that of acid gas pre-corrosion was about 38μm.Therefore,the damage of mechanical properties of dissimilar aluminum alloy refilled friction stir spot welding structures in acidic environment is more serious.
