药肥中[口恶]霉灵高效液相色谱分析方法

摘  要:[目的]建立测定3种不同载体成分的药肥中[口恶]霉灵含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]样品采用0.05%甲酸化甲醇提取,使用C;不锈钢色谱柱,以甲醇和20 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(体积比2∶8)为流动相,在检测波长为220 nm的条件下,利用高效液相色谱法对[口恶]霉灵进行分离分析。[结果][口恶]霉灵在18.1~1160.9 mg/L的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99。3种药肥样品的添加回收率均在90.5%~99.1%之间,相对标准偏差均在1.25%~2.33%之间,2者均符合相关标准。[结论]该方法对于3种药肥均具有良好的准确性和重现性,满足药肥中[口恶]霉灵含量分析的要求。[Aims] This study aims to develop an analytical method for the determination of hymexazol in three pesticide-fertilizers containing different carrier components via high performance liquid chromatography.[Methods] Hymexazol in pesticide-fertilizer sample was extracted with 0.05% formic methanol solution, analyzed with a C18 stainless steel column with mobile phase methanol and 20 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution(2:8, by vol) at wavelength of 220 nm. [Results] The results showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 18.1-1160.9 mg/L, with correlation coefficients of more than 0.99. The average added recoveries were in the range of90.5-99.1% and the standard deviations were in the range of 1.25-2.33%, and both meet relevant standards.[Conclusions] This method has good accuracy and reproducibility for three pesticide-fertilizers and meets the requirements of pesticide-fertilizer analysis.
